It’s seems like everywhere you turn, there is some form of construction going on in the Isla Vista/Goleta area. The 101 is closed at several exits in Goleta, the freeway at Fairview Avenue has been altered to accommodate construction, and billows of dirt and dust can often be seen as you drive down Storke Road at a UCSB construction site near what was formerly the Ocean Meadows Golf Course.Continue Reading
